  Frame replacement Insurance Job.
Completely tore bike down, welded new frame for tank mounts, air switch plate, regulator and
brake caliper mounting brackets, and built the front spoiler and air gauge plate. Custom painted
the entire bike with Candy Burnt orange over silver base, air brushed flames & skulls then
clear coated entire bike.  Assembled  bike, re wired for hand controls and turn signals,
led lights and installed air ride.
Changed wheels/tire package, new front end, handle bars, and head lamp. Removed the engine 
heads, had them  plained due to oil leaks and re-assembled heads with new gaskets before
installing engine back into the frame.

Fabricated this seat pan from fiberglass to custom fit the
bike frame and rear fender configuration. In the process
of making the seat cover in leather pressed alligator.
